KOPERASI JAYADIRI MALAYSIA BERHAD (KOJADI) Transitions to Digital Area-Members Meeting (AMM) Notifications
KOJADI is pleased to announce that we have obtained Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia’s approval with the Society’s By-Laws registered on 23 December 2024 to allow KOJADI to use other electronic communication methods to send AMM notifications to members in future. Hence, effective from 15 December 2025, KOJADI will discontinue the mailing of physical notices for AMM. This strategic decision is part of the KOJADI’s ongoing commitment to modernizing its communication methods and improving operational efficiency. Through digital notifications, KOJADI aims to ensure all members receive timely and easily accessible information regarding AMM meetings.
KOJADI will send the 2026 AMM notifications via email, SMS or WhatsApp to eligible members. At the same time, members may visit KOJADI website at https://www.kojadi.my/corporate/events/AMM available from mid-December to check the schedule, venue, agenda and other relevant information of the AMM from time to time.
For members who have yet to provide mobile phone number or email address to us or for members who wish to update contact information, please approach one of the following channels, no later than 30 November 2025 to ensure that you receive the AMM notifications in future.
